My husband has avoided going to the dentist for years, because of past bad experiences at dentists. This place is amazing! The dentist is patient and gentle, and has made it easier for my husband to get his teeth worked on. I would highly recommend this dentist. The assistants are very friendly, and are focused on making you confortable.

After my retirement a couple years ago, I didn't want to go to my dentist whom I had been taking my family for the past 30 yrs in Huntington Park. I tried another dental place closed to Altadena where I lived to do the teeth cleaning but the dentist assistant was the one who did the cleaning and it was very quick as if you just had someone brushing your teeth. I found Smile Now Dental from the website and WOW, Dr. Basson was NOT ONLY very detail in cleaning my teeth(deep cleaning) but he was also very detail in explaining about how to repair my teeth to be a permanent fixed so I will have no more pain in the future(eg. replaced my continuously cracked bridge with implant etc.). Also, every time I had a little toothache during the deep cleaning, he ALWAYS took his time to analyze where the source of the pain and fixed the issue unlike my previous dentist, he always told me that I am very sensitive. I ALWAYS hated to visit dentist office but NOT anymore, No more pain with my teeth. My sister had an implant from another doctor and the implant moved and infected, the dentist blamed her that it was because she didn't come for cleaning every 6 months and she didn't took care of her implant(it doesn't make sense). Dr. Basson explained her implant issue logically and it was totally the mistake of the other specialist. Dr. Basson has a deep knowledge on his field and very bright so he was always be able to solve any issue with our teeth. His staffs and wife, Chu are not only very friendly but will ALWAYS remind you when it's your time to schedule your teeth cleaning. I could go on and on about Dr. Basson and his staffs but you need to visit this office to experience it your self. The office is VERY VERY clean and you will be glad that you visit this SUPER A++++++++ office. THANK YOU Dr. Basson for your professional service and having your office in Pasadena.

Absolutely Excellent Service. Dr. Basson is a very thorough and patient. He explained every process for the treatment he performed on the treatment of my crown. I am absolutely grateful to have found them. Johanna and Chu are kind, caring and understanding. Overall, I am very happy to be a patient at Smile Now Dental and will continue to receive dental work done. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Basson.

Excellent service!!! Staff is super nice and very welcoming. Dr. Rohit, Chu and Johanna made me feel very relaxed and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated the down to earth environment. I was taken aback by how fast yet professional the service was. They did not keep me waiting for hours to be seen. All I can say is thank God I found them - as one who experiences lots of anxiety from visits to the dentist, I can honestly say that they are heaven sent!

As I have received A+ service at Smile Now Dental in Pasadena. The Dentist Dr. Rohit He is skilled as well as gentle. I have been very happy with all the work I have had done. All the staff has been wonderful and very friendly. Just a great place especially if you don't like going to the dentist, they will put you at ease as they have done for me. Check them out and see for yourself and for your children .

Very attentive and knowledgeable dentist. She always showed me the cavities on X-Rays and explained why I needed to do certain treatment. She also recommended using grinding guard which was very helpful! One of her receptionists is very sweet and caring (Hispanic girl). Another one (African American girl with straight hair) was constantly showing off her knowledge in front of the doctor and was mean to me. The doctor is great tho!
